Tracking food is key for me. I stay in my calorie range of 1200-1500. I hit the gym as much as possible. I always try to get a 1000 calorie differential even on days I can't make it to the gym.
Love classic horror and scifi films, documentaries, independant work. Im a big fan of music and enjoy anything from folk to drum and bass, plus everything in between.
I totally heard you on the message board about having a boyfriend who doesn't eat healthy. I try to get him too, but he's a meat and potatoes guy, more conservative where I'm more liberal. Lol! I was curious if I might add you as a spark friend? Are you still looking to go vegetarian? I'm seriously considering it, and it's more fun to have someone who's with you.
Oh i know what you mean...these holidays are being quite a challenge for me. I keep cheating......it's kinda depressing because I know I'm only hurting myself but I'm still trying to hang in there and get right back up when i fall!
