Tracking food is key for me. I stay in my calorie range of 1200-1500. I hit the gym as much as possible. I always try to get a 1000 calorie differential even on days I can't make it to the gym.

I'm in Granbury actually not too far away, have you tried getting him to try sweet stuff first? I gave my boyfriend a skinny cow icecream and he loved it! Frozen yogurt too. I figured I'd get him on sweet stuff and lure him to the healthy side. How much does that book cost? I'm looking for some good motivation!
