Hello. Thanks for sharing your tool for beating night time snacking. I don't pre-measure, always thinking I can stop. I can't. Sounds like I better pre-portion out the snack foods. Yesterday I was at 1200 calories before I opened the tub of ice cream and I couldn't stop and then exceeded my daily calorie range. I am very disappointed in me. Time to shake it off and just get back to focusing on the new day ahead of me.
