Hello

I am 37 yrs old with very high trieglerites. I need to lose to 50 pounds and gain healthy habbits. I am married to a wonderful husband and have 4 children. My oldest is going off to colloge in 14 days. I have surgery soon to remove my gallblader. I want to stay positive and focused. Please help to stay on it.

I think we need to be prayer partners!

For several years I had given up on hoping...I couldn't even pray for anything important because I really thought if I prayed the bad thing would happen. Now the Lord is doing a new work in me. I don't know what will happen as far as my husband is concern, but I am learning--slowly-- that God can be trusted in all things. Also, that worship is an amazing tool to defeat fear and doubt!
