Hello - I'm a 40-something looking to lose 5-10 pounds, which just crept up on me over the years. Exercise is generally fun, but cutting calories is tougher for me. I have never had a positive attitude about eating healthy and tracking calories, and I would like to be proud of my eating! Looking to get feedback from the community and offer it to others.

I live in the windy city of Chicago, am 40 something and I like to be outside and active! Need to learn how to cut my calories, as the pounds have crept up on me over the years.

Other Information:
Married with two kids, three grown stepchildren and a dog! Accustomed to hosting large family dinners :)
Work part time as a financial analyst

Yeah Plyo was more difficult for me leg wise than cardio wise at first (especially since I had done Insanity Plyo before that-dang that is a cardio buster!!). Some series of the PlyoX aren't too bad and others I get to it and am like NOOO! But it makes me stronger so continue on..as you will too!! As Tony says: It's not supposed to be easy!

emoticon for the chin up! I have been working on pull ups for a long time and my husband keeps telling me to try the chin ups, it's easier, so today I did and I did it! ... and almost a second! I'm really excited!! The next time I do them, I'm going to take a video! lol Do you do them regularly? I hope you are having a great day!
