Hello - I'm a 40-something looking to lose 5-10 pounds, which just crept up on me over the years. Exercise is generally fun, but cutting calories is tougher for me. I have never had a positive attitude about eating healthy and tracking calories, and I would like to be proud of my eating! Looking to get feedback from the community and offer it to others.

I live in the windy city of Chicago, am 40 something and I like to be outside and active! Need to learn how to cut my calories, as the pounds have crept up on me over the years.

Other Information:
Married with two kids, three grown stepchildren and a dog! Accustomed to hosting large family dinners :)
Work part time as a financial analyst

Hey - thanks for the invite! I swim on Wednesday nights or I'd take you up on the offer. But yes, I do run (usually only 3 miles myself). I live in Logan Square, work in Lincoln Park, so Lakeview isn't that far away for me.
