:) Hey all...I'm doing wonderful after realizing that I have been pushing myself to lose weight and feel great. I am doing a LOT better and I try to see things positively b/c I can see the negativity when striving for my goals. So I'll put this out there for everyone to know, it's long, hard, not so easy in life especially when exercising and most of all, doing it yourself. BUT...:) we're all not alone, we are in this together if you think about it. Sure it's long, sure it's hard, but you know what? I can do this. Got me this far didn't it? Enjoying life's adventures and living life to the fullest. So I'll end my intro with this...I'm kewl. lol. But I think everyone is kewl in their own way. I love it! :D Cheers!
Re-editing, again....get back into my 05 days, when I was a 7, get into a healthier lifestyle and have fun doing it with the support of friends. :D
Right now doing p90x for almost 8 months now. It's seriously working. Changed my eating habits and still able to enjoy a few goodies. I'm getting stronger and leaner, just gonna add more insane cardio to my workout now. :) gonna be fun! :D
I'm outgoing and down to earth, or so my friends say...:) I am a bit hardcore and rough around the edges but I get the job done. :)
Luv movies so I like to stay inside sometimes and I love hiking, riverrafting, snowboarding (mainland of course), tryin to surf, need help there... softball, going to hockey, baseball, and football games... a lot. :)
