How nice of you to come check on me! I'm doing great. I've been doing Atkins lately and maintaining the 18 pounds I lost during my last round. I'm not sure if I have the gumption to do another round right away or not. For now I'm just doing Atkins to see if I can lose some weight that way---if I suddenly get desperate or brave, I'll be back at the HCG group! I still check in and read the posts all the time time though. Thank you for the flip flops and reminder that summer weather will come soon and I'd better be ready! emoticon

Hello
Glad you have started again, what are you hoping to lose? I have done well my first time left me 22lb lighter, so now I am 3 days and then 6 weeks introducing other food and then starches and sugar
I am then holing I can lose more before I start another round, we will see
