fit for 40 & beyond

As I am eying my 40th birthday and have began my education for a new career as an RN the glaring issues of my own health problems have been placed smack in front of me. I do not want to be in poor health and overweight for the rest of my life . Or be a poor example to my daughter. I want to be active and take advantage of many of the beautiful places we vacation for hiking and more than just pool lounging!

Doing medifast Program through my doctor. Started on April 5, 2010. as of June 1,2010 I have already lost 30 pounds!

I Love nutrition Info & Health Facts- they motivate me to change!

I dig going Low Carb- Can you say you made a zucchini crust pizza and it was awesome? I can!
