Hey everyone! My name is Tracie and I am 33 ears old. Between Jan and July of 2008 I lost 33 pounds. During the 2008 summer I was working out at least 5 days a week and I was working with a trainer. In August 08 I started my last semester of grad school and it all went down hill from there. I have not been to they gym since August of 2008. I have managed to gain back about 20lbs or so.. The big problem is that I feel AWFUL. I am not eating right, my stomach hurts all of the time my skin is ...

The big problem is that I feel AWFUL. I am not eating right, my stomach hurts all of the time my skin is awful and I have no energy. Well, I'm tired of living like this and am ready to finish losing this weight. Right now I am at about 210. My ultimate goal is 155.

My Goals:
1st goal-11 lbs which will put me back under 200lbs

2ndgoal- 175 lbs

3rd and Final Goal- 155 lbs

My Program:
Unfortunately, right now I am not doing much of anything. That's about to change though.

Personal Information:
In Jan of 2008 I starated working on losing weight. I started at I believe 226lbs. By August I was down to about 185lbs. I then started my last semester of grad school and that was also the last time I saw the gym. I was eating healthy, working out 5 days a week, and felt decent. Now I am back up to 210 and am tired of feeling the way I do.

Thanks for your comments on my blog. Realistically, I'm with you - I have 3 kids and no college savings yet either so having any 'cosmetic' surgery is a "wish list" item for me. . . .LOL I do keep telling my kids - get good grades so you can go to school for free - maybe it'll stick in their heads soon!!
