My Goals:
I want my old body back!! I feel like I've really put my body through hell after having 2 kiddos and not taking care of myself. I want to lose at least 20 lbs. by the end of December. I also want to tone up simultaneously so I won't be left with two much "flab." It's realistic and with all this great support, it will be that much easier:)
Other Information:
I LOVE music!! I've been plunkin away on guitar since I was 12 and love playing, singing and writing songs. To be honest, it's been awhile since I've had enough time or personal space to do it. Now kids come first, ya know. I need to write some kids songs!!
Liberal Studies major! Yup! And I want to be a "hot" teacher by the time I'm done with school, so it's time for me to lose the badonkadonk.
