Thanks so much for the blog post comment! You're right - I do need to change my perspective a bit with the points and like the idea of a rolling 7-day basis. WW is good about helping you see things from different points of view like this, but I am horrible about giving up on myself too quickly no matter how I look at things! I like the idea of seeing the "good days stack up." I need to incorporate a little SparkPeople into my Weight Watchers and also think of it as a "good day streak" vs just points! Thank you so very much for checking out my page and for leaving the sweet comments! I joined SP a couple of years ago and used it here and there, but since the new year, I have really been ALL IN and it's made a world of difference. I'm struggling with getting completely off the ground, but I've been doing much better these last few weeks. The more people I connect with, the more involved I get, and the more encouragement I get from Spark Friends, the stronger and stronger I feel!! I'm so impressed at your progress and really applaud you for getting more involved this time around too. There is nothing but support, education and success around every corner on this site.
