Hey! My Monday, Wednesday, Friday boxing minutes that show up in my feed or on my fitness page are sparring minutes in boxing. Sparring against someone else. Usually in 3 minute rounds. I also take a class on Saturdays or proper technique, combos, etc. So- regular boxing at a boxing gym. I love it :)
