Thank you so very much for checking out my page and for leaving the sweet comments! I joined SP a couple of years ago and used it here and there, but since the new year, I have really been ALL IN and it's made a world of difference. I'm struggling with getting completely off the ground, but I've been doing much better these last few weeks. The more people I connect with, the more involved I get, and the more encouragement I get from Spark Friends, the stronger and stronger I feel!! I'm so impressed at your progress and really applaud you for getting more involved this time around too. There is nothing but support, education and success around every corner on this site. Hey! My Monday, Wednesday, Friday boxing minutes that show up in my feed or on my fitness page are sparring minutes in boxing. Sparring against someone else. Usually in 3 minute rounds. I also take a class on Saturdays or proper technique, combos, etc. So- regular boxing at a boxing gym. I love it :)
