Goal: Commit to myself 2015

I wrote this once....really well and then it didn't save...so here is the condensed version.

I need to commit to do this for myself and to be a good example to my family. In the past I have always started this journey with an end in mind.....an event....a trip...to get the guy. I typically have set myself up for failure and feel bad about myself when I do not achieve my goals. This time is different. I am committing to a healthy lifestyle and I am not looking for ...

I am committing to a healthy lifestyle and I am not looking for perfection....or an end. Of course weight loss is a goal I would like to achieve but I can no longer be defined by it. I want to live an active healthy lifestyle. I have a 9 year old daughter that I want to set a good example for.

1. Chalean Extreme

2. Walk daily

3. C25K training

4. Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day.

5. Track food.(I use MyFitnessPal to track).

6. Burn 500 calories daily

7. Eat between 1200 and 1500 calories daily.

Personal Information:
I am from Pinckney, Michigan which is about 30 minutes outside of Ann Arbor.
I work as a Radiation Therapist and LOVE my job. I graduated last year from Cleary University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.
I have 3 kids (9, 15, and 24) and am soon to be a grandma.
