Getting back to me.
January 6, 2013: Current Weight: 290 Goal weight: 190 Desired date to reach goal weight by: January 31, 2014 New Goals: -Build muscles in leg to help curb knee pain -Manage my knee pains so they don't interfere with my life so much -Reach a size 12 again -Have a BMI under 30 -Feel better about myself -Be able to do yoga again -Be able to jog again (a stretch) Accomplishments so far: -Lost 2 pounds ...
January 6, 2013: Current Weight: 290 Goal weight: 190 Desired date to reach goal weight by: January 31, 2014 New Goals: -Build muscles in leg to help curb knee pain -Manage my knee pains so they don't interfere with my life so much -Reach a size 12 again -Have a BMI under 30 -Feel better about myself -Be able to do yoga again -Be able to jog again (a stretch) Accomplishments so far: -Lost 2 pounds ---------------------------------------- 2009-2010 On April 24th I weighed 215.6. On May 6th I weighed 221.4. On May 13th I weighed 217.6. On May 19th I weighed 216.2 . On June 6th I weighed 210. On July 20th I weighed 199. On January 4th I weighed 189. Goals: -Be able to jog around the block - no set date. -Maintain a healthy diet. -Exercise at least 30 minutes a day. -Be able to do a full session of yoga - no set date Accomplishments so far: -Wear a size L-XL in shirts instead of 2-3X -Went from a size 24 in jeans to a size 14 since March 2008 -June 2009: Wear a size 14-16 in jeans!! -June 2009: Look and feel better about myself by June 28 -July 2009: Have a BMI under 30 -July 2009: I feel pretty :) -October 2009: Wear a size 12 in jeans! Wear a medium in shirts, large if it's a smaller kind of brand.
