I NEED to change!

My name is Jennifer, I'm a single mother of 3 boys (20, 16 and 14), currently enrolled in a CCA course and am COMMITTED to rebuilding a healthier and better life for myself and my boys.

I've struggled with my weight off and on and my highest weight was at 239lbs only 6 years ago. Through good old fashioned 'dieting' I managed to get down to a healthy weight of 135lbs. However, over the past few years and an unhealthy relationship (now behind me!), I'd managed to put weight back on ...
