Still haven't lost the weight I want and I think I am finally to the point where enough is enough! I need to buckle down and do this!

MILESTONE REWARDS:
**200lbs- buy food scale i want
**190lbs- new workout clothes
**180lbs- buy a new book to read
** 170lbs- get dress and make up for Marine Corps Ball
**160lbs - new outfit for holidays (hopefully)
** 150lbs-plan a cruise with the hubby
**goal weight-GO ON CRUISE IN BIKINI

My Program:
- doing the C25K
-Try to do cardio 4-6x a week
-strength train 2-3x a week (either machines or P90X videos)
-eat a balanced well portioned diet
-have a set schedule of what days I can eat my sweet snacks and how much of it
-eat between 1200-1500 calories per day
-try to burn 4500-6500 calories a week

married to a United States Marine so now I live in Quantico VA, just south of Washington D.C. Love being here because I can just take the Metro up to D.C. and run around the monuments! :)
