I have been on a looong MIA... but I am back , with the New Year and really want to make steps towards getting healthier... so I just wanted to remind everyone of the PERSONAL fitness challenge over in the "Challenges" section of the group. When I got really movatied and there were many ladies join us there, I was pretty successful staying on track in the fitness area.. so, ladies, I need others over there to help celebrate our successes, and offer encouragments when we struggle... it is your OWN challenge to your to reach your desired fitness minutes you set for yourself....come join... PLEASE!!!
Thanks for the comment on my spark page, and the friend add! I LOVE your intro too--so true, we're all a work in progress, but one totally worth focusing on! Looks like we have about the same amount to lose, as well, so let's root each other along the way. We can do it!
