"Though no one else can guarantee your success, you can guarantee it by making the commitment to do whatever you must do.
You can guarantee it with your intention, your focus, your action and your persistence.
Today, tomorrow, in any place, whatever the situation, you can make a difference, for your own life, and for your world.
Grab that opportunity, make the most of it every chance you get, and you'll guarantee your own success."

Welcome to the Couch to 5k running group!!!! Stop by the message board and introduce yourself to the team. On the team page you will find a thread for each training week. Click on week one and post were you are at in your training. This is a great way to meet others who are in the same phase of training as you. Some of my best friends were in my training week one and we worked through the program together sharing victories, questions, comments, and ideas. I look forward to learning more about you. I will be popping in on the Weeks 1 - 3 training to help answer any questions that might pop up and to cheer you on to your goals! Be blessed! Be a runner!

thanks for the sweet (literally :)) words of encouragement about my starbucks addiction! ugh. good to know others can identify with me - and that you were able to successfully QUIT the habit. amazing! gives me something to look forward to - my wallet will certainly be fatter for sure since they raised their prices again recently (you might not know, since you are so GOOD and stay away!!)... Forza is what kills me more than starbucks. a forza mocha is unlike any beverage on earth... damn them!! emoticon

Thank you StrongLady for your kind words on my 2009 Review blog! I am truly grateful for the day I found SP...It changed my life!

Congrats on your success but always remember never give up...your health has to be more important than any obstacle that gets in the way....One of my favorite saying is:

"The chief reason for failure and unhappiness is trading what you want most for what you want right now."

Here's to living a SPARKED Life and to a great 2010!

Janey
