On my way to fitness

My name is Kelly, and I am 19 years old. I have dealt with self-image and body-image issues since hitting puberty in the 6th grade. Shortly after entering college, I decided that I needed to change the way I thought of myself as well as my lifestyle.

I am on a journey to fitness. Fitness is not skinniness. Fitness is healthiness; it's about having a strong body and a strong mind. Fitness is what I'm aiming for. My goal is to ultimately attain the body of an athlete. I'm on my way ...

My Program:
Monday: Cardio + strength
Tuesday: Cardio
Wednesday: Rest
Thursday: Cardio + Strength
Friday: Cardio
Saturday: Cardio + Strength
Sunday: Rest

Cardio: 2 continuous miles on treadmill at fastest pace possible, plus cool down

Strength:

lift reps of 30 or more with 15. lb. weights; biceps, triceps, & shoulders.

10 lb. weights for chest

lat pulldown

hip adductors and abductors

abdominal - obliques

abdominal machine

captain’s chair

sets of 60 or 100 for bicycle crunches and regular crunches.
