-make lifestyle, not just temporary, changes
-fill-up on fresh fruit and veggies
-include some protein with all meals and snacks
-drink 8+cups of water a day
-exercise daily and make it enjoyable so I stick with it taking care to include strength and flexibility training
-read health-related and motivational material on a regular basis to keep me focused
-continue to weigh-in and share the results even if I am not progressing
-get back up every time I fall

OMG! I put the Hugs in at the end and it erased my entire message! I just wanted to say that I'm so glad you're back! I'm back after a pretty big gain myself and for the first time in over a year and a half am losing even as slowly as it is. I'm taking it easier myself in hopes a real change in habits stick and I don't give into strong feelings of deprivation and do nothing for months and months at a time! We can do this together girl! Keep in touch!
