    I use green ones they are not hot at all you might even try red or yellow which are sweeter.... the peppers get softer as absorb some of whatever flavoring you use... I use a can of tomato soup for the sauce and bake everything for about an hour

    I am not getting notifications but am still trying to apply what I have learned. Like shining my sink. And having a routine. I find at this point I need to write it out, because I am easily distracted. And the "you can do anything for 15 minutes" idea is VERY helpful, especially if a timer keeps me on task.
