Often people attempt to live their lives backwards; they try to have more things, or more money, in order to do more of what they want, so they will be happier. The way it actually works is the reverse. You must first be who you really are, then do what you need to do, in order to have what you want.

I try to eat the exact same amount each day, even if I'm more hungry on some days. I feel like if I allow myself any extra, I've screwed up my diet. I know, it's crazy and restrictive. 23 hours ago

Hunger doesn't trigger a binge for me. I'm a perfectionist, and the moment I "mess up" my diet, I throw in the towel and just start eating out of anger and frustration. It's a brain glitch thing, not related to physical hunger. I binged @ 300 lbs too 1 day ago
