Noted that you hit your goal weight! Way to stick with it! Your efforts clearly made a difference!

May I recommend a resource? I just finished, "Eat to Live" by Dr. Joel Fuhrman. He uses an equation: H = N / C ...about the nutritious quality of our food making ALL the difference. -- In my opinion, it would be a great book to check out to MAINTAIN your achievement!
