Carrie's Life

Hello,
I'm Carrie. I'm a busy business owner with a travel bug. I live in a rural area with my husband, 2 boys ages 3.5 and 1.5 and pug Archie. I am also actively involved in the horse community and local 4-H program. I got down to my goal weight, and then I had my 2 children. Time to start over.

Did you quit? I certainly hope not, because that makes me so sad. I hope you are signing in every single day and working toward your goal.
I've signed in every day for the past 197 days and I've lost 31#, which has been slow, but I will get to my goal, because I won't quit.
Stay with this. If you've quit, COME BACK, because your health matters!

If you are an emotional eater, read "Shrink Yourself" by Roger Gould, M.D. This is a wonderful book that I found him talking about on www.youtube.com, where he explains how to stop ruining your success.

I just love that picture of Archie. I laugh and laugh. It reminds me of my own furry brood. I LOVE IT!

I just got a book titled "Postcards from the Pug Bus" by Phil Magitti (sp? on the last name). If you want to read some ridiculously hilarious stories about the life of a pug owner (and commiserate as well) you have got to read this book. You won't regret it.

Signing off "for real" this time,
Jane

Hey Carrie

I came to coo and drool over the "new" puggy re: the comment that was left on the team page and then I discovered it was the same puggy I'd drooled over before.

Thanks for posting and I LOVE YOUR PUGGY!!!!

They are so darn cute. As I write this my son is taking pics of ours with his new camera phone. I'm sure we'll bore people with this ad nauseum shortly. :-D

This is Christine AKA Cricketdc from PUG LOVERS 4EVER!! I am one of the new team leaders of the team and I am dropping by to say hello. We hope to hear more about you and your adorable pug. I have a pug named Ben. I rescued Ben and he rescued me!!!

I think dogs are the most amazing creatures; they give unconditional love. For me they are the role model for being alive. ~Gilda Radner

Hi Carrie~

Love your picture of your little Archie guy. What a pug, I can just see his personality popping off the picture. I know that expression oh so well.

Welcome back to 'being on track' and I hope to see more of you on the Pug Lovers Threads.

Cheers!
Jane
