Hocus pocus, time to focus!!

Head down, getting fit one day at a time. Vegetarian. Crossfitter. Dog-crazy. I live in Maryland, near D.C. Some people "Holla" for stuff... I "Roar!"

I've found that doing right by myself makes it possible to love myself which makes *happiness* possible, which makes me love myself, which makes me do right by myself. Vicious, delicious circle!!

I am occasionally described as "intense." At the risk of sounding defensive, I ask -- since when is intensity a bad thing?! ...

It's a blessing to live with this little tickle of joy and love all by and for myself. What's that feeling called? Oh yeah, that's the SPARK.

Happy Sunday. Hope you're summer is going great. Are you still on track to do all you can today to reach your goals tomorrow? If so, great! If not, what can you change today that will help you feel accomplished? One little thing. Drink more water? Cut out soda? Go for a walk? Small changes add up.
