Getting fit and healthy!

This month, I'm working my way through Jillian Michels' Ripped in 30 program. I'm looking forward to losing weight and getting into the best shape of my life! I'm down to the dreaded last 10 lbs and am ready to do the work to reach my goal!

My Goals:
I will lose weight and maintain a healthy body weight.

I will work out 5 to 6 times per week.

I will stay active in my everyday life in addition to working out.

I will make the healthier food choice whenever possible.

I will continue to try new healthy foods/recipes and workouts.

My Program:
I eat a vegetarian diet and strive to choose whole, healthy foods.

My main form of exercise is circuit training (I love my Jillian Michaels DVDs!). Other types of exercise I like: kickboxing, yoga, hiking, swimming, cycling, pilates, ballet, and bellydancing.

I am 28 years old and live in Ontario, Canada.

Hi there! I have seen your comments on the Jillian Michael's Body Revolution team. I am also a vegetarian and doing BR. I am 1/2 way in to the second week. I was wondering if you are seeing a difference? I have met two others on this sight, one who completed it and didn't see much change and the other who did 1/2 of it and then swtiched because she didn't see much change. I feel like it's a good workout for me, and I am sticking to it because it's 1/2 hour, but I really want to know I will see a change! I'm hoping you can tell me you are seeing a difference.

Thank you for the goodie. And thanks for your support on the pills. I can't believe I ended up in the ER for them. I would normally never take those, but with Jillian and being all natural I figured they would be o.k. Have a great week and again thank you.
