Happy Days !

I am 46, my long term goal is to lose about 80 pounds, I will know the right weight when I get there. I have always struggled to stick with a program, I WANT TO FINISH!! I want to run around without gasping for air, I want to bend over and touch my toes without my big belly getting in the way.

I am going to begin with walking on my treadmill at least 15 minutes a day, begin everyday with a healthy breakfast and learn about nutrition.
