Sometimes the road to your dreams is anything but smooth.
Hey. :) I'm in my early 20's and have finally decided to get this excess weight off once and for all. I've been overweight nearly my entire life and I've had numerous periods of major weight gains and loses (and gains, haha). I'm currently teaching English in Japan, which is quite an adventure. I thought that it would be easy to lose weight here, however, I ended up gaining a considerable amount in my first year. I'm determined to look better for my next trip home to see my family and friends! ...

I'm determined to look better for my next trip home to see my family and friends! I've been doing well at dieting and exercising for the past 3 months, but I'm already starting to lose my motivation. I have a lot of work left to do, so I need some help to stay on track!

My Program:
Watching what I eat. Trying to cook with fresh ingredients instead of eating pre-packaged food. Working out at the gym 5 days a week. Kicking butt at Zumba and Fight-Do!
Personal Information:
I'm from Ohio, but I'm currently living right outside of Tokyo in Chiba. I teach English to Japanese junior high school students, so every day is pretty insane!
