I started trying to lose weight back in August 2006. I lost about 15-20 pounds and I was able to keep it off for a few years. It starting creeping back up on me about a year before my wedding. I knew then that I had to do something. I started watching what I ate and working out more often. I was the lowest I have ever been the morning of my wedding. I felt beautiful that day. The all inclusive honeymoon is what set me back. I have been married for about a year and since then I managed to gain all the lost wedding weight and then some. I am almost up to my very beginning starting weight again.

I don't want to be there. I want be healthy and feel beautiful and comfortable again. I am back on track!

Hi!! Well, thats great!! Im so glad that you are managing to keep on track. Luckily Im too! But thats for now, unfortunately my life wont be the same when I start attending classes again next February =( Im super worried about the fact that I wont have enough time for my workouts like I do now and thats giving me one hell of a headache! I feel that I shouldnt complain, since I dont have kids and my only responsibility is to study, but at the same time I wish the day had 36 hours rather than 24! But oh well, right now Im doing great, Im working out every single day and Im feeling great!! What exercise plan are you into right now? Love, Maria

Hi there?? How are you doing? Thanks a lot for the info you gave me, it really helped me!!! Now Im into Leslie Sansones videos and they are great!!! Im feeling great, so thanks a lot. Now Id like to ask you something , see if you can help me. When I want to add an exercise to my Fitness Tracker, especially walking, the options that appear there are "walk 10 mile/min" and so on... now, what does that mean? That Im walking 10 miles or for 10 minutes!!??? Thanks a lot, let me know how you are doing! =)

Thanks a lot for the info! But I´m not a US resident (although I wish I was), so I meant videos online, on the Internet, since they are the only kind of videos I have access to. And it´s great that you are waking up so early to work out!! I wish I could work out in the morning, but unfortunately I´m starving the minute I open my eyes, and if I start working out without having had breakfast I start feeling like I´m gonna faint. How do you do it?

Hi Rosie! Yes, Im gonna workout in about a minute with Nicoles videos, just wanted to answer you first. BTW, do you know of another kind of videos that may last a little bit longer than the ones provided by Spark People? I mean, 10 minutes is not much, and maybe I kinda feel incomplete after I finish one of the videos, and to do the same one twice bores me a little. I mean, videos that you can find online and stuff. And obviously, for free! Thanks!!!
