I started trying to lose weight back in August 2006. I lost about 15-20 pounds and I was able to keep it off for a few years. It starting creeping back up on me about a year before my wedding. I am almost up to my very beginning starting weight again.

I don't want to be there. I want be healthy and feel beautiful and comfortable again. I am back on track!

Just donīt!!! Try to find something else to do, drink water, or exercise! Those are my options for when Iīm about to indulge myself! Also you may wanna see why you are feeling like this, maybe anxiety? Maybe your exam? Good luck and hope you can overcome this strong feeling you are having!

Good tips, thank you! I know that studying doesnīt make me fat ha-ha, I meant it doesnīt give me time to workout, therefore I put on some weight ALWAYS. But Iīm trying to find the best way to do both and so far Iīve succeeded =) Good luck with your test!!!

Hi!!! How are you? What are you studying... or trying to study? ha-ha Iīm in the same situation as you, I should start studying straight away but I canīt find any motivation! I always thought -and still think- that studying makes me fat!! Because it doesnīt give me time enough to work out like I would want! Like Iīm doing right now for instance! Itīs soooo depressing! =(
