Hi...I live in Colorado and am trying to get back in shape. Have run several races up to half-marathon, but recovering from knee surgery and it has set me back a bit. Tracking food and exercise will be a big help to me...and participating in the virtual weigh-in will hopefully give me the accountability I need :-) I have a great husband, 3 kiddos, and a dog.
