My Goals:
get to a healthy weight by losing 8-10 lbs per month

My Program:
1. tracking everything I eat or drink everyday
2. walking 30-60 minutes at least 4 days per week
3. keeping caloric intake between 1200- 1550 every day
4. getting in 8 glasses of water each day
5. being accountable to a weight loss coach from my health insurance
