A Little History

So this is a summary of when I started SparkPeople many moons ago and where I'm at now. I've left my old post on here in this box so you fellow SPs can see what its like to fall off the bandwagon. YOU are NOT alone.

I am back as of May 24th, 2014 and after going to the doctor on 5/21/2014 I found I weighed 241.6 lbs (can't forget the .6) and my BMI was 36.74 (can anyone say unhealthy obese?).

So I need to ask myself, what's it gonna be? Do or Die?

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL THE SUPPORT. IT IS HARD BUT WE CAN DO IT. I THINK I AIM TO HIGH AND THE GET DISCOURAGE. AIMING FIR 1-2 LBS A WEEK SEEMS DOABLE.
