Trying to find will power and motivation. I want to be fit and thin and, especially, to feel comfortable in any clothes that I put on. At my thinnest I was 145 and I was fitting into size 6 and I remember feeling good and that is where I want to be again. However, it was short lived and my eating problems got the better of me and since then I've been struggling to get back down to that number.

In 2007 I found out that I had a grapefruit size goiter and had 1/2 of my thyroid ...

In 2007 I found out that I had a grapefruit size goiter and had 1/2 of my thyroid removed. Subsequently, I have been on a journey to figure out how to lose weight while having a thyroid disease and I still haven't figured it out. Just to lose five pounds last summer, I was sticking to my calorie range and working out 6 days a week and it took me 4 months to lose 10 pounds. I remember the sense of accomplishment, but it was really hard work. Winter and a family sickness has derailed me and I have gained 5 pounds of it back.

This is my chance to finally finish what I've started so let's finish this!

My Goals:
My goal is to get down to 145. I was down there for a way too brief period of time and I felt great and loved how I looked! My plan:
155 by 01/31/13
150 by 02/28/13
145 by 03/31/13
I'm hoping it will happen faster but that's prob not realistic to think that way.


My Program:
My goal is to exercise 6 days per week for at least 60 min per day.
-3 days of hot yoga
-3 days of treadmill (until weather gets good enough to exercise outside)
