Thank you for welcoming me! My goals for the week include:
1. Drinking plenty of water. I haven't been doing this very well. 2. Not overeating or binging due to to weakness or easy circumstances 3. Having EFFECTIVE exercise, even if I can only go several times this week, I want to really burn it up.
