My Goals:
-Run a 5K by summer 2009 (done 3/29/09; now just need to work on improving my time!)
-Run a 10K by the end of 2009


My Program:
-3-4 cardio workouts a week, running, hiking or walking; or swimming in the summertime
-Weight training twice a week so far, might increase later, just at home workouts
-Tracking nutritional intake more carefully & figuring out ways to eat healthier that way
