Have been a single mom since 1995. Two adult "boys" still live at home as they try to figure out their life directions. Hope they figure it out soon. I love to read. I am passionate about my job. I love to travel, and in November of 2013, I was lucky enough to take a trip I've wanted to take since I was in my 20's. I visited Tanzania and Zanzibar! I would love my next big trip to be either an Amazon River Cruise or Morocco. I am also lucky enough to escape the cold every winter for a 1 or 2 week vacation south, on a beach. Did I mention I have a cat? He's 13 but thinks he's 2.
I love reading. Favourite authors: Patricia Cornwell, Tami Hoag, Michael Connelly to name a few. I read just about anything I can get my hands on. Music: classic rock to jazz. Still can't learn to love classical. Movies: You've Got Mail: Sleepless In Seattle; Hope Floats; Sweet Home Alabama; The Austin Powers Movies; The Mummy & Mummy Returns; .....geez, I could go on and on. I enjoy knitting. I do cross stitch I love photography (maybe someday I'll be able to take a course of some type) I spend too much time at the computer. Need to work on that.
