I'm probably a little late in my thanks (I haven't logged on to SP for a week or so... maybe more?) but I really appreciate your comment on the "do you really track EVERY day?" thread. I think I'm quoting you accurately when I remember that you said you tracked the good, the bad, and the ugly. Tracking today (the bad and the ugly, mostly) is what got me logged back on, and I realize that my emotional reluctance to track is due to my emotional reluctance to acknowledge how much I really eat! In any case, I really appreciate your advice ("if you want to cry, cry!"), especially about distracting myself with leg lifts or some other non-eating activity. Right now, I'm using SP as its own distraction! So thanks, again!
