Weight of 9-9.5st. To be able to walk uphill without being the last person and sounding like Thomas the Tank Engine! To be flexible again. To be able to sit on my feet without my knees exploding.
I switched to the 5:2 fast diet in March 2013, mostly to help reduce my considerable cancer risk. Then switched again in November 2013 to alternate day fasting, as I found two days a week was not enough for me to lose weight. I still follow the golden rules of Paul McKenna on my non fast days, as he has served me well, assisting me to lose 50lbs.
I like all animals but especially cats. I am keen on cross stitch, and gardening. I like steam engines. I am a karate purple belt.
