I'm not lovin it

I've lost and regained 100 pounds over the last 5 years with the regain following the birth of my 2 youngest children. I find complete and total pleasure in cooking and eating food. I rarely take any time out for myself to do something positive for me nor do I really have time these days but I desperately want to be healthy. I'm trying to find the strength within to be in control of my eating and proactive about exercise without burning out as I have many many times over the last few years. I ...

I rarely take any time out for myself to do something positive for me nor do I really have time these days but I desperately want to be healthy. I'm trying to find the strength within to be in control of my eating and proactive about exercise without burning out as I have many many times over the last few years. I used to be an athlete and I want to be again. My ultimate goal is to be able to do all of the outdoor adventurous things I used to when I was younger and even more. I would love to be the face of a North Face or Patagonia advertisement but it's going to take a lot to get there. Anyone wanting to join in me, please get in touch. My Goals:
I have so many goals, some pretty high reaching goals, many goals that I keep stating I want to achieve and then don't. My goal, right now, is to make it one day at a time with eating less than 2000 calories and getting some exercise - even if just a little.

Im drinking water, I am tracking, I am walking. I am logging into sparks people and being honest, even when I mess up, even if I mess up everyday.

Use the site daily and be consistent with your food tracking and exercise. Read the articles for information. Read member blogs for motivation and encouragement.

This is a fabulous site and if you rely on it daily and remain consistent with your program, you will achieve your goals.

you have a great day too! I wasn't so good last night (haven't had a chance to update my food tracker yet with the bowl of ice cream I caved to) - but on a whole it was an okay day. Hoping i can find the energy to work out later! LOL

emoticon To Spark People and the Taming the *Sweet Tooth* team. For me, taming the sweet tooth is one of the hardest thigns I have ever set forth to do. But little by little, that little monster is being restrained in my life and it is being done through proper nutrition.
