I did get my 10 min video and 30 min cardio in yesterday, even with a vomiting 2 year old, we have some sort of bug here. But I didn't get it done today. We ended up spending most of the day/night in the hospital trying to get my husband hydrated. But we are home now and tomorrow is a new day and I think everyone will be back to "normal".
I couldn't imagine a charlie horse in the stomach the ones I get in my legs are hard enough.
Were you really sore today from your work out yesterday?
TigerestJen: Thanks!! We had SUCH a great time at Discovery Cove. Our dolphin, Dexter, was only 4 years old and such a cute baby...
The challenge is going great! I was down 6 pounds this morning, and I've managed to do 30 minutes of cardio every day so far, plus the 10 minute videos. (I suspect the fact that I'm keeping within my calorie range has a lot to do with it as well).
Props for going to the gym when you didn't want to. I have to literally talk myself in to doing work outs. "You will feel better if you do. You will be proud of yourself." I think my neighbors think I am nuts lol.
The scale wasn't kind to me. I ended up being 254 which was 10 pounds more then I was 6 week after I had Morrigan, my second daughter. But It just lit a fire under me so I am hoping to see some good numbers next week.
Ben, my husband, has kind of been threw the potty training before with his brother and sister, who are 11 years younger then him and also twins, a boy and a girl. So he has some good tricks up his sleeve to get her to go potty.
Have a good night and hope you have good work outs tomorrow.
