Searching for a Healthier Me!!

I am a Mom of 3 wonderful children, and looking to become a healthier me. I was never overweight growing up, but never really paid much attention to the food I was putting in my body. Always was a junk food junkie, and am trying to break that habit. All of these calories caught up to me once I had children, now it's time to get more physically fit and take my body back!

Other Information:
I love Cardinals Baseball and am growing to love watching football (now that I understand it more).

I like to read, when I actually get some quiet time.

11 days and counting until Thanksgiving! Woohoo! Today's plan is 60 minutes at the gym! I am thinking about running on the treadmill and doing some strenght training!
