Searching for a Healthier Me!!

I am a Mom of 3 wonderful children, and looking to become a healthier me. I was never overweight growing up, but never really paid much attention to the food I was putting in my body. Always was a junk food junkie, and am trying to break that habit. All of these calories caught up to me once I had children, now it's time to get more physically fit and take my body back!

Other Information:
I love Cardinals Baseball and am growing to love watching football (now that I understand it more).

I like to read, when I actually get some quiet time.

I know someone who volunteers for that group/5k. It sounds like a fun race! Good luck with your training! I'm an SLP by the way, not for SSD though.

Wow, you're doing so well with your weight loss! How tall are you? I'm just 5'2" and am not sure what a good goal weight will be for me. I would love to see an updated picture of you to see you at 126 pounds! You must be feeling so good about yourself, and physically too!
