My Goals:
To Eat healthy, stay fit and maintain a weight of around 130 pounds.

My Program:
Its all about balance and nutrition. I am consuming around 1200- 1500 calories per day. I am trying to fit in exercise when I can... right now its hard with a 6 mos old, working part time and a hubby that works full time and is going back to school. Fortunately taking care of a baby burns up some calories on its own. But we are walking and getting outside any chance we get!

Yep, I figure that if 5 classes a week don't get rid of my belly, maybe not eating will. Hahahaha. I wish I had the time to log my food every day. :(

You should try making this spqhetti squash chicken scampi i made.... it was sooo good. Jeremy even loved it!!

Yeah, I say Tuesdays are my easy day because Zumba isn't too hard, cardio-wise. It's a nice change of pace, though, and I get to work out with my SIL and my MIL gets to baby-sit. I do sweat...it's just nothing compared to KB!
