Starting over (again)
GOAL-Lose 30# by my birthday

To get there I will
-drink 64 oz. water a day
-exercise 4 hours a week
-eat MRC plan only, no sugar

When I get there I will
-buy a new pair of jeans & a new bra
-celebrate with pizza, a beer, & Ice Cream

I need to prove to myself I can do this.

That would of been so fun...especially since I cant seem to make a decent cup of coffee these days.....

Weekend has gone ok

August must be the month of depression though. I remember last year feeling depressed missing everyone in Nebraska wanting to be with my family and oerall just not happy, its hapening again wanting to start up with the walk/jog thing cant because its so stinking HOT here !!!! The pool water is warm not cool, I get through it just need to get back into my workout routine. getting the eattting thing down better its coming off ever so slowly but I'm losing so thats good hope to be down 15-20 lbs by Christmas... I know I can do it!

HOw about you are you still doing your eatting plan I forgot what its called? And we never talked more about it on vacation.

I think I'm going to do the Alzheimers 5k in November I've had a big desire to do a 5k for a long time , it would be more fun to do it with someone else but that isnt going to happen anytime soon, someday! They have a race around Coranado in FEbruary that I would love to do some day just to say I ran the island.

Anyway Have an awesome week, Im going to start up my 30 day Jillian MIchaels get ripped or something like that its a new one. 30 min a day bite off little chunks and work my way up to P 90X or maybe the strength training part anyway maybe by then it will have cooled off enough I can start walk/jogging outside?
