A Stitcher's Journey

I've been at this weight loss journey before. Seems like I try it often only to drop a few and then find it again. This time it is different. This time it's about me, my health, my goals, my worth.

My Program:
I'm tracking my food on SP and running 3-4 days a week. Completed C25K and love to run now.

Bra shopping. Yuck. I have spent so much on bras that don't work. Well, they work for something, but not everything. I have a dozen sports bras now. Just bought the winner. I've tested it on a half marathon now so I can give it the official stamp of approval. Finally... no chafing! Shock Absorber Run Bra. It's made in Europe but you can get it on Amazon. Some retail stores. I also like the Moving Comfort Fiona, but it will chafe me on anything longer than an hour. Good luck on your shopping trip!

Hi! The original recipe said to discard the marinade and drizzle melted butter over the chicken while baking. I just spread the sour cream mixture over the chicken to keep it moist and left out the butter. I thought it worked great that way.

Thanks for commenting on my blog today. I got a 1st place HM once, I think there were only two of us. That;s why I like the smaller races, no competition! LOL.
