I'm tracking my food on SP and running 3-4 days a week. Completed C25K and love to run now.

Hi Donna!
Implementing the information from BE A BETTER RUNNER is not that hard. Just have to realize what HR I am running at and then what that means in relations to my fastest speed. Which by the way is pretty slow.
