I'm back after 3 years

I'm back after 3 years of yo yoing. I have gotten nowhere. I lost my mother and my cats. I have had many ups and downs. I am currently working at a no kill shelter. I have just adopted another TLC cat. I missed my other cats who passed on and could not stand that loneliness. So after 6 months I have a new one. I have a lot of work to do with him. He is such a scaredy cat from being miss treated. But I can change that with lots of TLC. I have health problems now and I HAVE TO LOOSE THE WEIGHT. ...

It is mandatory.I'm married with no kids except for my husband at times. I love animals!! I like walking on beaches,cooking, swimming, jigsaw puzzles, computer games, sports-football,baseball,tennis etc.. I find it hard to diet and exercise. I lack motivation and the " I can do it " attitude. I sure could use a boost here. Maybe with a little help I can beat this weight problem also.

well.... 200 is the lowest I have seen.. my eating habits are whats keeping me from 199.. haha.. so... I need to get it together again.. I am really working out hard everyday and running.. I see HUGE changes in my body since last month and I am feeling so much better.. but that darn scale! keep looking up.. we will pass the 200 loop soon.. just give it some time. take care.. hope all is well.. thank you for commenting on my page.. it's nice to hear from spark friends! :) byee..

My profile won't say it but I started at 225lbs.. beginning of the year... I have my tracker since I started on SP.. I did eat right.. I consider my eating right on the food choices I ate.. and the portion size.. I give myself a high 5 for choosing yams over potatoes,tuna on spinach instead of on bread, and drinking a fresh fruit smoothie for breakfast.. skipping the high calorie late.. It seems to be working... I did Tae Bo in the morning and SP abs routine.. Still at 201.. and I could do better.. yes neck in neck is a good thing and will keep us on our toes.
