well.... 200 is the lowest I have seen.. my eating habits are whats keeping me from 199.. haha.. so... I need to get it together again.. I am really working out hard everyday and running.. My profile won't say it but I started at 225lbs.. beginning of the year... I have my tracker since I started on SP.. I did eat right.. I consider my eating right on the food choices I ate.. and the portion size.. I give myself a high 5 for choosing yams over potatoes,tuna on spinach instead of on bread, and drinking a fresh fruit smoothie for breakfast.. skipping the high calorie late.. It seems to be working... I did Tae Bo in the morning and SP abs routine.. Still at 201.. and I could do better.. yes neck in neck is a good thing and will keep us on our toes.
