Thanks, Allie! I'm trying to start small with walking (hills at the park next to our house) and dancing because I think I'll atually commit to it for awhile. I tend to jump into running programs and get burnt out after a few weeks. I think I'll start Couch to 5k again after we move and things settle down a bit. Congrats on your weight loss! You are an inspiration to me on a lot of levels!
I agree, if it wasn't for the little guy telling me do my best and telling me to keep going I'm doing good - I wouldn't have opened it back up on the 3rd day. And its taking me a little as well, I do it every other day so I usually get in three days of it. But I must say I feel great after I finish that day of it and I find myself wanting to at least walk around the block one more time. It looks like you are doing great and what your doing - so keep it up!
