It is never too late to be what you might have been

When I got pregnant with my first child I went from a decent 142 lbs on my 5'7" frame to a whopping 198 lbs. I never weighed myself my entire pregnancy and you can imagine the horror finding out how much I gained at my last doctors appointment. I lost it all by walking and eating right and by her 1st birthday I was in the best shape of my life. Somehow over the summer 2009 my weight slowly crept back up to 167 and I feel awful! I am ready to get my body back to where it was and feel good inside ...

I am a 28 year old mother of a beautiful 2 year old girl and looking to get back to my best. My goal is to feel physically, emotionally and spiritually well and be the best me I can be.

Weigh Ins:
2/15/10: 155 (-12) Took about a month before I would weigh myself again
2/23/10: GW: 153.5, WI:153.6 (-1.4) Yay.. considering saturdays binge
3/2/10: GW: 152, WI: 153.6 (No loss) :( But also No Gain :)
3/9/10: GW: 150.5, WI: 149.2 (-4.4) Wow.. That makes up for last week!
3/16/10: GW: 149, WI: 150.8 (+1.6) :( TOM.. Hope it's just water weight
3/23/10: GW:147.5, WI:150.0 (-.8) Grrrrr..
3/26/10: WI: 149.6 (-.4) I accept.
4/2/10: GW: 146, WI: 149.2 (-.4)I have some ground to make up.
4/9/10: GW: 144.5, WI: 145 (-4.2) Yessssss!!
4/16/10: GW: 143, WI: 146(+1) TOM- I don't know why I bother weighing in on these weeks every month
4/23/10: GW: 141.5, WI: 144.8 (-1.2) Well.. I am 2.8 lbs away from goal.. I should be able to get there in the next week or two.. Here goes..
4/30/10: WI: 144.6 (-.2) Went overboard on B-day week
5/7/10: WI: 144 (-.6) Hmm.. all my bad eating over the last two weeks is sure to show up next week.. I will be good and pray it doesnt.
5/14/10:144.2 (+.2) Glad this is all the damage I did after the last two weeks..

My Goals:
I would like to continue my journey to a healthy lifestyle. I want to tone up my lower body and incorporate more fruits and vegetables into my diet. I want to be an example to my 2 year old daughter and teach her to have a healthy body image and healthy lifestyle

My Program:
I am currently working on the C25K program and would love to run a 5K this summer. I also do strenth training 4 days a week and try to fit in a session of yoga on the weekends

hey girl

im so glad your back. i also started weight watchers and love it ... so far that is workign pretty well for me . . although i can feel myself slacking a bit .. .grrrrrrrrrrrr! gotta keep tha tmotivation up ... i think i willbe better after this week. this is my last week with 2 classes for school ..and 2 classes are kicking my butt ... lol ... just lots fo work ..makes it difficult to get to the gym etc .. .anyway . . . the boy is good and we are just trucking along .. . .which weight watchers do u go to??? i have weigh ins on saturday ... . .i hope ur weigh in went well . .fill me in on eveyrthing else . . .
